Not sure if it's part of Belmar officially, but I hear rumor that Sprouts/Wild Oats will be opening near the TJ Maxx on 1st/Wads. Do you have any info about that?
I'm not sure if 1st and Wadsworth is inside Lakewood's officially designated downtown-- I think it might be just north-- but a Sprouts there would certainly be nice.
That said, I haven't heard anything. The shopping center there could certainly use with a makeover, as it's pretty dated.
