Additional Pictures of Holland Partners Belmar Residential Development

Here are a couple more renderings that show the really nice design work done by the architects at Davis Partnership for the planned Holland Partners apartment complex in Belmar.

    Where's the parking??

    From the architect's webpage:

    "On one block, a four-story 150-unit structure surrounds a two-story parking garage. The other block hosts seventy apartments with “tuck-under” parking on the ground floor. Many of the ground floor units feature a direct connection with the garage."
